1. Technical Support for Overseas Factory Construction: On-site support during the pre.construction and implementation phases of overseas factory projects. Facilitatecommunication between domestic factories, R&D teams, overseas clients, and partners toensure successful project execution and knowledge transfer.
2. Process and Production Alignment. Gain a deep understanding of factory manufacturingprocesses and align with clients on production and process-related reauirements andstandards.
3. Production lssue Resolution: Address daily production issues and technical challenges inoverseas factories to ensure smooth operations and successful production launch.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Electrical Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, or related engineering fields.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in overseas engineering projects, factoryconstruction,or production management.
3. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the new energy charging在industry is preferred.4. Language and Mobility: Willingness to be stationed overseas, with English as the working
language.
5. Problem-Solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address technica
challenges effectively.
6. Self-Motivation and Team Representation: Proactive and self-driven, capable ofrepresentingthe team to resolve client-side issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cross-cultural communication and adaptability to diverse working environments
Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate resources and ensure timely
project delivery.
Familiarity with interational engineering standards and quality control processes.
Location:
Overseas assignment, with specific locations determined by project requirements

This role is a core technical support position for overseas factory construction projects, withpotential for advancement to project manager or technical lead roles, overseeing larger-scaleprojects and technical decision-making.
