As an important part of the "The smarter E Europe" series of exhibitions, Power2Drive Europe 2025 is the largest and most influential professional exhibition for electric vehicles and charging infrastructure in Europe. AcePower’s European Market Debut

The 50kW Air-Cooled Module Takes the Spotlight


At 10 a.m. on May 8th, Ace Power officially launched the 50kW air-cooled high-efficiency module in Europe. At the launch event, customers from Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, and other regions around the world visited the Ace Power booth. This product features an all-silicon-carbide design and full soft-switching technology, with a peak efficiency of 97.6%, breaking the limits of conventional products. Meanwhile, its power density reaches 50W/inch³, allowing it to have a more powerful output power while maintaining the same size as a 40kW module. In terms of noise, through internal airflow optimization, it achieves 55dB. It is worth mentioning that the built-in VFPC function can reduce the impact of voltage fluctuations, thereby stabilizing the power grid and effectively alleviating the grid anxiety of European charging station operators.

High Protection Capability – Using direct ventilation technology and full potting technology, it fully isolates electronic components from external air, ensuring excellent heat dissipation performance and stable operation in harsh environments such as high temperature, high humidity, saline-alkali, high altitude, and arid conditions. The module’s lifespan can reach up to 10 years under normal usage.

High Altitude Capability – Full-load output without derating at an altitude of 4000 meters.

VPFC Function – The module has multiple reactive and active power regulation modes. After users select the corresponding mode, the module can output the corresponding reactive power according to the preset strategy and dynamically adjust the charging power according to the grid frequency, thereby improving the grid’s voltage/frequency stability and meeting relevant regulatory requirements.

On the afternoon of the launch day, the AcePower team shared the application value of AcePower's self-developed maximum efficiency tracking technology at the P2D Forum. The team indicated that, taking a 120kW fast-charging station as an example, European customers using AcePower's high-efficiency modules can save over 1300 euros in energy costs per station. AcePower's charging modules are highly efficient and multifunctional, capable of adapting to a variety of energy application scenarios in the European market, providing stable and grid-friendly high-efficiency power, and enhancing the charging experience in the electrification era.

Liquid-Cooled Product Series: Ultimate Silence, Ultra-High Power Density


The liquid-cooled module series on display includes 60kW DCDC, 75kW ACDC, and 40kW ACDC, which can be applied to megawatt ultra-fast charging and DC fast-charging scenarios. Among the three products, the 60kW DCDC liquid-cooled module can achieve a maximum full-load efficiency of 98%. All products feature a wide voltage output range, excellent EMI performance, high output current, and high protection levels. They can operate stably in regions with high humidity, extreme cold, high temperature, and high altitude, with a lifespan of up to 10 years. The modules are completely silent during operation, providing an excellent user experience and saving significant energy costs in countries with high electricity prices.

Air-Cooled Module Series: Wide Compatibility, High Protection

The 40kW air-cooled, 40kW DCDC, and 30kW V2G modules, which have been market-tested for many years, successfully attracted the attention of global customers at the booth. These products are highlighted by high efficiency, ultra-low noise, zero standby power consumption, grid-friendliness, and full-scene compatibility. They have a full-load efficiency of over 97%, a wide voltage output range (150-1000Vdc), and use full potting technology and UV coating to enhance module protection. With a lifespan of up to 10 years and a full-load noise level as low as 58dB, these modules offer operators and charging pile manufacturers higher investment returns from an energy efficiency perspective, thanks to their power density exceeding the industry average.

V2G Product Series: Bidirectional Interaction, Intelligent and Efficient

To meet European customers' needs for grid-friendliness and stable energy supply, AcePower's V2G offers four working modes: AC-DC charging; off-grid inverter mode; grid-connected mode; and bidirectional operation mode. These modes can flexibly meet the diversified scenario needs of industrial and commercial energy storage peak shaving, microgrid intelligent scheduling, and renewable energy consumption. The modules also have excellent electromagnetic compatibility and have passed certifications such as GB/T 18487.1, IEC61851-1, and IEC61851-23.

Discussing the Charging Market and AcePower Solutions

On the morning of May 9th, the AcePower team delivered a presentation titled "Global Charging Market Outlook and Chinese V2G Application Practices" to European guests. She pointed out that from 2018 to 2024, China's new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly. It is estimated that by 2030, the market penetration rate of electric vehicles in China will reach about 70%, with a total stock exceeding 100 million vehicles. The Chinese charging module market will also experience explosive growth. Meanwhile, the European market is also growing rapidly, with a compound annual growth rate of 24% from 2024 to 2030, exceeding the growth rate of its electric vehicle market, creating huge market opportunities for high-efficiency module manufacturers like Ace Power.

According to a report by the European Automobile Manufacturers Association, in order to achieve the goal of reducing carbon emissions in the transportation sector by 55% by 2030, Europe will need to add over eight times the current number of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations by 2030, reaching a total of 8.8 million stations. This implies an annual addition of 1.2 million charging stations, with fast-charging stations set to become the primary growth driver. Against this backdrop, the leading products that have been validated in the Chinese market are poised to play a more significant role.
