May 8th, at the Munich European Smart Energy Expo, AcePower Energy Technology officially launched a 50kW air-cooled charging module tailored for various application scenarios in the European market, drawing significant attention from the European market.
May 14th–16th, the 4th Shanghai International Charging, Battery Swap, and PV-Storage-Charging Exhibition grandly opened at the Shanghai Automobile Convention and Exhibition Center, with a record-breaking scale and 50,000 professional visitors in attendance. During the exhibition, AcePower showcased its megawatt ultra-fast charging solutions and full-scene high-efficiency charging module series, interpreting the brand philosophy of "High-efficiency power makes life better." On the first day of the exhibition, AcePower shone brightly, displaying a full range of high-efficiency charging modules across various scenarios, including the air-cooled series (30kW high-efficiency module, 40kW high-efficiency module, 40kW DCDC module), the V2G series (30kW V2G charging module), and the liquid-cooled series (60kW ACDC/DCDC and 125kW ACDC). Notably, the displayed liquid-cooled modules can achieve more cost-effective megawatt ultra-fast charging through two architectural solutions, enhancing operational benefits for customers.
With the explosive growth of the megawatt ultra-fast charging market and the accelerated layout of passenger vehicles, the application of the 1000V high-voltage platform for "fuel-electric parity" and its implementation in heavy-duty truck scenarios are continuously accelerating and becoming more commercialized. Advantage One: Flexible Bus Architecture Design
A. Fixed DC Bus Solution: Achieves stable and efficient charging through standardized voltage output, suitable for large-scale deployment scenarios.
B. Variable DC Bus Solution: With a wide voltage range, it can adapt to the different voltage requirements of various energy storage batteries during charging and discharging. In a 1.2MW system, the following model has an AC power ratio of 20% and a DC battery power ratio of 80%, with a module cost reduction of 30% compared to the fixed solution.
Advantage Two: High Energy Efficiency Performance
Both solutions have been tested to achieve battery charging and discharging efficiencies exceeding 96.5%, with a cycle efficiency of approximately 94.5%. Combined with full silicon carbide (SiC) technology to optimize switching frequency and reduce energy loss, Ace Power's efficiency metrics lead the industry.

High Efficiency: Full-load efficiency exceeds 97%, surpassing the industry's average actual performance.
High Compatibility: The product portfolio, including 40kW, 60kW, and 120kW liquid-cooled modules, supports flexible stacking of megawatt-level systems, with output covering 240kW to 1.2MW, suitable for high-power scenarios such as heavy-duty trucks and logistics vehicles. The air-cooled modules (7kW, 30kW, 40kW, 50kW) meet ultra-fast charging, PV-storage-charging, fast charging, small DC fast charging, and battery swap scenarios. Certified by CE and CSA, the quality is globally recognized.
High Protection: Modules have passed stringent tests such as high salt fog, high altitude, and extreme temperature and humidity, with a lifecycle of up to 10 years.
High Altitude: Full-load operation without derating at an altitude of 4000 meters (currently, AcePower modules are stably operating in the Ali region at 4700 meters).
Low Noise: Liquid-cooled modules are completely silent, while air-cooled modules can achieve as low as 51dB.
