AcePower’s 40kW charger module adopts a full glue filling protection process, effectively isolating internal components from air, moisture, and dust. This design not only extends service life but also improves heat dissipation efficiency, structural stability, and operational safety.
Equipped with forced air cooling, our 40kW EV DC charger module supports an ultra-wide operating temperature range of -40℃ to +75℃, with linear derating from 55℃ to 75℃ down to 20kW. This ensures stable performance even in extreme climates, minimizing temperature influence on output power.
